1. Booking Cancellations

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- Cancellation made within the permitted cancellation period as mentioned at the time of booking.
- Services canceled by us due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances.
- Overpayment or duplicate payment made by the customer.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Last-minute cancellations or no-show cases.
- Unused services or early departure from the tour.
- Bookings marked as non-refundable at the time of confirmation.
- Delays or cancellations caused by weather, natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.
- Any applicable bank or payment gateway charges will be deducted.
5. Service Modifications
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- Price differences due to date changes, hotel upgrades, or transport changes must be paid by the customer.
6. Cancellation by the Company
If a tour or service is canceled by us:
- Customers may choose an alternative tour/date or
- Receive a refund as per the applicable policy after necessary deductions.
7. Return Policy (Digital Services)
Since travel bookings are service-based and digital, there is no physical return of goods. All services once confirmed are considered delivered.
8. Force Majeure
No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or travel restrictions imposed by authorities.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved as per Indian laws. The company’s decision shall be final and binding.
